Cemintel Territory Savanna Cladding has a premium matt finish that diffuses light. It’s not a monolithic render solution. Typically, panels are arranged horizontally. Separating each panel is a clean horizontal line at 455mm intervals.

This style of matt cladding suits minimalist urban design. It works particularly well on houses with flat or skillion roof styles. The neutral colours are relatively understated. They put focus back on the building’s form and encourage timber features and greenery.

Savanna Cladding Information

Cemintel Territory Savanna matt cladding panels have a simple timeless appearance. Being pre-finished with concealed fixings they’re an easy way to add visual appeal. The neutral tones work well with other design elements like black window frames, black guttering and timber screens or features.

The prefinished panels come in a palette of 4 contemporary matt grey finishes which complement each other. Create bespoke geometric designs by combining colours. A high-quality execution won’t depend on the skill of a painter. The panels are pre-coloured and prefinished.

Savanna cladding panels are made from a cement bonded fibrous wood particle material. They’re highly durable and require minimal ongoing maintenance.

Savanna Cladding Installation

The proprietary fixing system provides a range of advantages:

It creates a 15mm cavity to provide ventilation and drainage.
It can be installed to timber, steel and masonry frames.
The clip system conceals fixings on the cladding.
It allows cladding to be installed horizontally or vertically.
It makes Territory cladding compatible with Barestone and Surround cladding.

For peace of mind, Territory Woodlands is CodeMark Certified CM30048. They can be used whenever a non-combustible material is required by NCC2022 Clause C2D10 (6)(d) [NCC2019: C1.9 (e)(iv)].

The Territory wall system can achieve a Bushfire Attack Level of up to BAL40 when constructed in accordance with Australian Standard AS3959 and Cemintel’s design and installation guides.
